Once verified, we’ll offer you the choice of a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Returns & Cancellations

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.
