Where We Ship From
All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment center, ensuring efficient delivery across most U.S. states.
In rare cases where local stock is unavailable, your order may be fulfilled from one of our international facilities. If this occurs, we will notify you before shipment and proceed only with your consent, Tracking will be provided as usual.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full tracking details. Please allow 1–2 business days for your tracking to begin updating.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before tax).
For orders under $50, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Processing
Our New Jersey warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.
Adult Signature Requirements
Depending on your state, an adult signature may be required upon delivery for orders containing nicotine products. You’ll be notified at checkout if this applies.
Please ensure someone 21 years or older is available to receive the package where required by law.
Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, SnusBox is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damage. We recommend shipping to a secure address such as a workplace, PO Box, or attended residence.
If a parcel is marked “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Address Accuracy & Fraud Protection
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ssen250326@outlook.com before your order ships — we’ll do our best to update it in time.
SnusBox is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during checkout.
To help protect against fraud, we require that your billing and shipping addresses match. Orders with differing addresses may be delayed or canceled unless verified.

U.S. Delivery Coverage
SnusBox currently ships to the contiguous United States, covering 48 states and Washington, D.C.
We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
All orders are packed in discreet, unbranded packaging and include full tracking for your peace of mind.
